The parts and accessories sold and installed by authorized Tunex Complete Car Care Centers and the services associated with the installation and adjustment of parts and accessories sold and installed by Tunex Complete Car Care Centers are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal service and use until such parts and accessories have been driven, used, or operated for a distance of 12,000 miles or a time period of 12 months from date of service, whichever occurs first.
The obligation under this Guarantee is limited to part replacement, labor, and/or service adjustments specifically related to the repair in question.
All repairs, adjustments, and questions associated with the Tunex Complete Car Care must be addressed at the authorized Tunex Complete Car Care Center that originally installed such parts and/or performed the repairs and adjustments. If the original Tunex Complete Car Care Center is located at a distance greater than 25 miles from the location where the vehicle experiences issues related to the repair in question, this Guarantee will be honored at any authorized Tunex Complete Car Care Center in the United States.
This Guarantee shall not apply to any part, accessory, repair, or service that has been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, fire, or theft, or whose performance is adversely affected by some other part or accessory in the vehicle not sold and installed by an authorized Tunex Complete Car Care Center.
The consumers’ obligation under this Guarantee is to contact the authorized Tunex Complete Car Care Center at the first warning that there may be a problem with the repair or service.
This Guarantee is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including among others those relating to merchantability or fitness for a purpose, and neither Tunex nor any authorized Tunex Complete Car Care Center shall have any liability for consequential or other damages.
This Guarantee shall not apply unless authorized by and presented to a representative of an authorized Tunex Complete Car Care Center.
This Guarantee is a replacement guarantee, not a refund.
